Betjam division winners prize

I checked with live chat on betjam just a few days ago to make sure i had wagered over $500 from weeks 1-13 of the NFL season..I have wagered over $500 in the last few weeks alone and get shafted. I also have an email transcript of the chat where i was told that i have wagered over $500 since my account was credited cash for getting the low score of the week in the betjam hi/lo contest. I had a feeling i would get screwed which is why I asked about it and got the chat emailed to me.

Can the mods or Hache Man please help me out with this? I did what i was supposed to do..also by the way Betjam has by far the worst live chat I have been involved with..they take forever to get to you, put you on hold forever, chat gets cut off frequently..I'm so pissed with betjam right now..agree to disagree that this book is one of the best

evidentally the dispute is whether contest winnings(cash that I won from the low score on 11-23 from Denver in the NFL hi/lo contest) are considered contest winnings or cash. I paid cash to enter that contest and the payout should be considered cash..I am going to be irate if i dont get the full prize for this

wiskers..I only got $62.50 freeplay which was 25% of the prize,,here is an email of a chat transcript I had a few days ago on livechat:

Hello there RX'ers!

Welcome to the 2009 Bet Jamaica Fantasy Football League which is entering it's 3rd season to reward loyal Bet Jam customers!

Playoffs & Prizes
2 Division Winners
2 Wild Cards From Each Divison
(6 Total playoff teams from each League)

Playoffs begin Week 14
2 Division Winners Get Byes - 2 Wild Cards Play Each Other
Week 15 - Final 4 Teams Play
Week 16 - League Championship


2 Divison Winners - Automatic $250 Each
League Winner - $500
2nd Place In Each League - $250
3rd Place In Each League - $150
4th Place In Each Leage - $100

The League Winner who scores the most total points in their Championship Final from all 5 leagues an extra $100!
(These payouts may be adjusted slightly)

So as you can see, 6 out of 10 teams will make the playoffs & anyone then has a chance to sneak into the playoffs & take the league championship & the big prize, not just division winners!




Prizes are Bonus Plays in accounts with 6x Rollovers
Winners will have to put in a minimum of $500 IN ACTION by the end of the leagues regular season (Week 13/BEFORE PLAYOFFS BEGIN) in order to collect 100% of prizes.
If not, they collect 25% of prize
*ACTION means all of your wagers added up - Very easy to reach $500 in 13 Weeks

You have 7 Days after your league championship to claim your prize or it becomes void. No exceptions!

betjam is at it again, only paying me 25% of the playoff prize...what a joke of a site betjam is..they are giving the exact same rationale as when they paid me 25% of the division winners prize(which I eventually got 100% of)..if they eventually paid me 100% of the division winners prize a few weeks ago, why am I only getting 25% of the playoff prize which has the EXACT same rules..what a joke that i have to scratch and claw to get what I deserve...AGAIN
